What we can help with

  • Corrections: you think a rule, number or link on a state page is wrong or out of date.
  • Feedback: something on a page was unclear, or a topic is missing.
  • Privacy requests: access, deletion or any other question about your data. See our Privacy Policy.
  • Permissions and press: questions about quoting or citing our pages.

What we cannot help with

  • We cannot give advice on your individual case, your court order or your driving record. We are not attorneys or insurance agents.
  • We cannot check your license status, file an SR-22 or FR-44, or contact an agency for you. We are not a government agency.
  • We do not provide insurance quotes or refer you to insurers or lawyers.

For your case, contact your state’s DMV, BMV, DPS or equivalent, the court that handled it, your insurer, or a licensed attorney in your state. Each state page links to the official agency.

Reporting an error

To help us check it quickly, please include:

  • the state and a link to the page;
  • what you think is wrong;
  • the official source with the correct information, if you have it.

More on how we handle corrections in our Editorial Policy.

Please do not send sensitive details

We do not need your license number, case number, health information or other personal details, and we ask you not to include them.
